I have poor credit and my family cannot help. I contacted the only local agency that helps and they told me they are out of funds for November. My son's birthday is the 16th and to make matters worse I have well water so no power means no water

I am a full time student. My husband suffered a nervous break down and was admitted to the hospital. His boss will not let me get his check. I have a light bill that is past due and no way to pay it. I don't know when my husband will get back to work. I have set up a paypal account or if you message me I will give you my light bill account number and you can pay directly that way.
